Join me for a free online pregnancy circle from the comfort of your own home. During this circle you will get a chance to Ground - connect in with yourself and your baby Learn - I will share some acupressure for pain relief in labour Visualise - I will guide you through a throat chakra opening visualisation to help you find your voice and be able to advocate for youself and your baby Journal - I will also share some journal prompts to help you to find your voice Angel cards - I will pull an angel oracle card for each of you who join me live.
